Oz Express Logistics – Warranty Terms
Oz Express will repair or replace any Goods procured from the Manufacturer with a structural defect for the same time period as the Company receives under warranty from the Manufacturer.
The warranties provided by the Company to the Customer do not cover any defect or damage caused by:
(a) Failure on the part of the Customer to properly maintain the Goods;
(b) Improper handling, operation or use of the Goods by the Customer;
(c) Failure on the part of the Customer to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the Company or the Manufacturer;
(d) Any use of the Goods otherwise than for any application specified on a quote or order form;
(e) The continued use of any Goods after a defect becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user;
(f) Fair wear and tear;
(g) An accident or act of God;
(h) A non-structural defect;
(i) Inadequate or incorrect details, plans or specifications provided by the Customer or prepared by a third party on the Customer’s behalf; or
(j) Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the Goods.
